The Romance writers Organisation of South Africa (ROSA) is pleased to announce we will be holding our next in-person conference in Muldersdrift, Johannesburg from Friday the 20th until Sunday the 22nd of September 2024.
The Venue – Misty Hills
Nestled in the foothills of the Swartkop mountains on the threshold of the beautiful Kromdraai Valley in Muldersdrift, Misty Hills is one of the most popular hotel and conference venues in Gauteng, and we have managed to secure this venue for our 2024 conference.
We have secured a 10% discount on hotel accommodation for Friday 20th and Saturday 21st September if you book through ROSA. You can book rooms for single occupancy or find a buddy to share with and pay less! Please note it will be up to you to provide the name of the delegate you will be sharing a room with. Alternatively, should you prefer to make your own arrangements for accommodation, you are welcome to do so.

Anyone wishing to remain at Misty Hills to write is free to do so. Please note all food and beverages will be for your own account. Also, don’t forget there is a Spa on site and you might want to book yourself a massage after a strenuous day of learning!

Please note Early Bird Specials will be available for bookings paid by midnight on Tuesday the 27th of August 2024 only. Full price tickets will be on sale until midnight on Sunday the 15th of September 2024.
An amount of 50% will be forfeited on all fees in case of cancellation until the 1st of September 2024, thereafter full fees will be forfeited in order to cover the hotel, conference and dinner costs.
